Use of this Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (TAC). Yome may revise these TAC from time to time by updating this posting, with the revised TAC taking effects for all users as of the date stated on the posting. Consequently, users should consult the TAC regularly.
Please read these TAC carefully before using the Website. Users expressly acknowledge that they are aware of these TAC and have had access to the same upon entering the Website. Consequently, by using the Website, users signify their assent and agreement to these TAC. If the user does not agree to these TAC, then the user is not authorised to continue consultation and access of the Website.
USE OF WEBSITE MATERIALS
Yome has created this Website to provide information about its company and products for users personal use. Users may download one computer copy or print one copy of the material on this Website for their own Non-commercial, educational, private or domestic use only, provided that proprietary notices, in particular intellectual property notices such as copyright©, trademark are preserved intact and are not modified, deleted or changed.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed at the Site include Danish sales tax/VAT but do not include a delivery charge or local customs fee, tax and duties.
Note that if your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT, which can be refunded from the Danish authorities, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Yome is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges and to get the refund of the Danish sales tax/Vat from the Danish authorities.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Danish sales price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent and technical errors.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Please be aware that orders placed for a delivery outside of the EU may be charged with a customs fee, which is not included in the shipping expenses from Yome. please contact your local customs office for more information.
ORDERING/CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. The money is only withdrawn when the item(s) are packed and sent from our warehouse. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made with Mobile Pay and major credit cards; MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and PayPal and any other methods that may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch or reservation of your order by Yome.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Yome, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take all reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit card transactions on this Website are processed using QuickPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
GOVERING LAW AND VENUE
The agreement to sell and purchase items from the Site shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, excluding the conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the agreement shall – where such dispute cannot be settled amicably – be decided with final and binding effect by the city court of Copenhagen.
ITEM AVALIABILITY
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at Yome shop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must subsequently return the product to us. You must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you want to cancel the purchase. However, we do not accept delivery of products returned COD or sent without postage.
The product in question may be returned to us at the same address as that stated above.
Documentation may be demanded proving that the product was sent prior to expiry of the time limit. If the product is to be sent, it must be packaged in a responsible manner following the returns and exchange requirement policy. You have the risk of the product during transportation and are responsible for ensuring that the package/product arrives undamaged. Consequently, you should save postal receipts and any track and trace number.
Furthermore, we encourage you to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase and to return the product in its original packaging.
You are liable for the expenses incidental to returning a product when you cancel the purchase.
Products must be returned in a good and undamaged condition. If returned products show signs of damage or use, other than what is required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you will be liable for any loss of value of such product.
You may thus lose the right in full or in part to have the purchase price refunded. We will estimate the value on the basis of a specific assessment of the returned product.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the above, we will refund the purchase price together with the original freight costs (however, not any additional costs incurred as a consequence of you opting for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery) less any loss of value.
Payment for the product will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after we have received your notification on cancellation. However, we reserve the right to withhold such refund until we have received the product(s) for inspection or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the product, whichever is the earliest.
The amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment which you used to make the purchase. If e.g. you have paid using a payment or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used making the purchase.
