Return & Exchange
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.
• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
• All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box/dust bag as this is considered part of the product.
• When returning by mail, please make sure to return the shoes/accessory item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
• Items that have been warn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.
• Yome reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, it will be returned to you, and you will be notified via email.
• Please send your parcel to the return address stated on your return slip enclosed in your order parcel. Leave your parcel at your nearest posting service point, preferably the same one as where you collected your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE ONLINE
Online purchases can only be returned/exchanged online and via post and not at an outlet store. Please make sure to have your order number ready when making an online return/exchange.
To return online item(s) for a refund online, the funds will credit back to the original form of payment used online to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
You have 14 days from the date you receive an order to return it. Please note that we must have your ordered items returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and be in perfect condition following our requirement policy.
Please also note each online order is only eligible for 1 exchange or 1 return. Yome will not accept returns/exchanges outside of the 14 days from delivery deadline.
As soon as we have received a returned article it will undergo a quality control check according to our return requirement policy mentioned above. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and cost of returns shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE IN STORE
Any purchases made in stores must be returned to the store of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Please make sure to bring your original receipt when making a store return/exchange.
When exchanging item(s) purchased in store, you can swap for the same item or in a different colour. Please note exchanges done in-store are final and can no longer be returned or exchanged again.
TEMPORARY PROMOTION POLICY
Black Friday sales, Boxing Day sales, Mid-season sales, end-of season sales Yome agrees to offer a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Yome does not accept returns on final sale items. This includes individual items that have been purchased at a ‘’final sale’’ or at a reduced or discounted price (more than 15% off)
FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
